These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services provided by Pets Cleanup Express (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking or receiving any service, you (“Client”) agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide residential pet waste removal, including weekly/bi-weekly/monthly cleanups, one-time deep cleans, and related sanitizing using eco-friendly supplies. Including other work/tasks as agreed upon. 2. Scheduling, Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments are scheduled via our client portal, phone, text, or email.

24-hour notice is required for cancellations or reschedules. Same-day cancellations or no-shows incur a $10 missed-service fee (or full service rate if we have already arrived).

We may reschedule due to extreme weather (heavy snow, ice) for safety. Weather-related skips requested by you incur no fee.

3. Payment Recurring monthly clients are automatically billed and prepay before each service via the saved payment method in our portal.

One-time services are due upon completion.

We accept cash, check, all major credit/debit cards and ACH. Late payments may result in a $10 fee and/or suspension of service.

4. Client Responsibilities & Safety

You agree to keep gates/doors closed and pets secured inside the home during service appointments. We are not responsible for any damage caused by unsecured pets, open gates, or pre-existing yard conditions.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Referral Program

Our “Share the Clean” Referral Program offers one free weekly cleanup to both referrer and new client when a new recurring client signs up (see website for full details).

7. Dispute Resolution

Both parties agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services provided shall first be resolved through good-faith mediation. If the dispute cannot be settled through mediation within 30 days, it shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Erie County, New York, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (or a mutually agreed alternative). The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Both parties waive any right to a jury trial or to pursue claims in court. This provision is intended to encourage efficient, out-of-court resolution and limit legal expenses for both sides.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any procedural questions not resolved by the arbitration provision shall be decided in the courts of Erie County, New York.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
